Where we build
Eleven municipalities, from the Abbotsford office west to Vancouver. It is one working area rather than a list of outposts, and that is the point: building here is a long argument with water, soil and eleven sets of bylaws that each get read their own way. Knowing which question each city is about to ask is usually the difference between a permit in months and a permit in a year.
- 01
Abbotsford
Our own city, and the office an enquiry from anywhere else in the valley is answered from.
Building in Abbotsford → - 02
Mission
Twenty minutes north of the office, and the eastern edge of where we build regularly.
Building in Mission → - 03
Chilliwack
The far end of the valley, and the far end of our working area.
Building in Chilliwack → - 04
Langley
Between the valley and the city, and busy in both directions.
Building in Langley → - 05
Maple Ridge
North of the river, and steeper than people expect.
Building in Maple Ridge → - 06
Surrey
The largest municipality we build in, and the one that varies most from one end to the other.
Building in Surrey → - 07
Coquitlam
Where three of our four finished houses stand, and the city we know best on the west side of our area.
Building in Coquitlam → - 08
Port Coquitlam
Flat, central, and the tightest lots in the Tri-Cities.
Building in Port Coquitlam → - 09
Port Moody
Small, particular, and built against the inlet and the trees.
Building in Port Moody → - 10
Burnaby
The western edge of our regular working area.
Building in Burnaby → - 11
Vancouver
The far west of where we build, and the most regulated ground we work on.

Worth asking if you are just outside it — we travel for the right project.
What we are hired to do.
Custom home construction
A new house on your lot, drawn for that lot, built once and properly. Most of our work.
Duplexes and multi-family
Side-by-side duplexes and small multi-family, including the strata and servicing work that comes with them.
Legal and secondary suites
Lower floors designed from the start to hold a legal suite, a nanny suite, or both, rather than converted afterwards.
Full rebuilds and major renovation
Taking an existing house back to what is worth keeping and rebuilding the rest to current code and current expectations.
Design-build
One team from the first sketch through the occupancy permit, so the drawings and the budget stay in the same conversation.
