The work

Four homes finished between 2021 and 2026 — three custom houses in Coquitlam and a duplex in South Surrey, out of a working area that runs from Burnaby to Mission. Different sites and different budgets, but the same preoccupations run through all of them: a plan that lets more than one household live well under one roof, and an envelope built to last a West Coast winter. Look at how the lower floors are used.

We name the houses we build rather than address them. People live in these ones, and a portfolio is no reason to put their front door on the internet. Street and neighbourhood are here; the number isn't.
